Application for Water/Sewer/Trash Service are required to set up new water accounts. Renters must also have a Landlord Authorization Form completed and returned with the application. Application(s), form(s), and utility deposit are due before water/sewer/trash service begins. 

Water meters are the property of the Town of Glasgow. A $250 fine applies for tampering with the water meter. If you have questions regarding water/sewer/trash service or billing,  contact us at (540) 258-2246.

1. Mail a copy of your invoice and check to: the Town of Glasgow, PO Box 326, Glasgow, VA 24555
2. Deposit payment in the night deposit slot at Glasgow Town Hall.
3. Pay in person at Glasgow Town Hall, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
4. Pay online at glasgowvirginia.org, go to Doing Business on the homepage, in the drop-down box, choose On-Line Bill Pay. You must have your six-digit account number and phone number registered to pay online. You will be charged a 2.95% service fee for paying online. (Use the link below)
5. Call 1-844-267-9327. You must have your six-digit account number and a phone number registered to pay with the toll-free number. You will be charged a 2.95% service fee for paying with the toll-free number. 

To terminate water/sewer/trash service, a Disconnection Notice must be filled out and signed at Glasgow Town Hall. You are responsible for this account until the Town of Glasgow receives a signed Disconnection Notice. 

Deposits are applied to final bills. Any remaining balance is refunded by check. Should your bill be larger than your deposit, you will be billed for the remaining balance.
